Anstruther is an ancient fishing port on the east coast of Fife, located 15 kilometers southeast of St. Andrews and 80 kilometers south of Edinburgh on the Firth of Forth. The name of Anstruther comes from the Scottish Gaelic language. The history of the town can be traced back to the early 12th century. In 1583, King James VI of Scotland approved the town as a royal borough, granted it the right to trade, and recognized the importance of its port. After returning from the May Isle on June 26 on the "May Princess" cruise ship, I strolled around the town streets and the port pier for 3 hours. After walking around the town, I felt that the west side breakwater was the best viewing and photographing spot for viewing Anstruther town, port boats and the sea. The light at 6 or 7 o'clock in the afternoon is ideal, and Anstruther is charming under the setting sun. There is a fish and chip shop in the town that is famous far and wide, called Anstruther Fish Bar, which has won the title of the best fish and chip shop. The cod is very fresh and fried tenderly. The short, thick English fries are better than the French fries in fast food restaurants. Takeaway fish and chips are 10.50 pounds per portion, which is affordable. #BritishTravel #ScotlandTourism Anstruther Fifeshire

#SayGoVisaFreeCountries When spring comes, what delicious food can you eat in Scotland? Although I don’t know that Chinese ingredients are so rich, the farm-to-table experience of various Scottish restaurants is still very good. The various cheeses and handmade chocolates are my favorites! Here are some good restaurants. 1️⃣Glenturret Lalique, Perthshire – Now it has been awarded two Michelin stars With the release of the 2024 edition of the Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland, the first premium brewery restaurant led by chef Mark Donald has reached a new height of starlight. The judges praised "the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, which cleverly combines luxury and familiar style in decoration and cuisine. Potato bread is served on the table with Highland Wagyu beef and caviar for guests to taste carefully." 2️⃣Montrose, Edinburgh The team behind Timberyard, one of Scotland's leading independent fine dining restaurants, reopened on Montrose Terrace in the Abbeyhill community of Edinburgh. Montrose Restaurant has two floors, the first floor is a warm bar, and the second floor is an intimate restaurant. 3️⃣ Scottish Tea House, Lanarkshire Located in the heart of Lanarkshire, the Scottish Tea House is a paradise for tea lovers seeking the finest loose leaf tea and tasting the Scottish tea-making tradition. The main product is "Angel's Gift", a tea picked from carefully cultivated tea trees and carefully hand-made. Visitors can come to taste tea at will, or book a full tea tasting experience. 4️⃣ We also went to the Macallan distillery to taste the whisky brewing process.

My dears, I have to recommend this place to you today. It is absolutely amazing! 😍 📍The hotel is in a great location, right in the dock area in the center of Dundee. There are all kinds of attractions, restaurants and shopping places just outside the door. It is very convenient to travel! It is also very close to the train station and bus station, and can be reached on foot. 🏨The room is full of design, spacious and bright, with great lighting, and you can enjoy the unbeatable sea view! Some rooms are also equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, so you can have a cup of fragrant coffee at any time. 🏊♀️The spa is my favorite of this stay! Yu Spa's spa projects are super professional, with massage, sauna, and indoor swimming pool, which can relax your body and mind instantly. 🍽️The hotel's Quayside Bar&Grill restaurant is also great, with fresh ingredients and rich dishes. You can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of the River Tay while eating. It's so enjoyable. 👏The service is even better. The staff is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. Free Wi-Fi, laundry service, and the details are very thoughtful. Next time I come to Dundee, I must come to this hotel again! I highly recommend it to everyone, just go for it! 🚀 #These hotels are amazing #Hotels are addicted #Featured hotels #One-stop resort hotel #Creative incentive plan to share 10,000 yuan in cash
