Le Pre Catelan in the Bois de Boulogne is known as the best among the ten Mi San restaurants in Paris. It is surrounded by green trees and is quiet and comfortable. Chef Frédéric Anton is very popular in France and is known as the "national chef". The actual experience is quite mediocre. The dishes are of three-star level but not outstanding. Sweetbread is well processed, and the dessert "Green Apple" is quite interesting with popping candy in it. My friend said that the service of this restaurant is the worst among the three-star restaurants in Paris, but I disagree. In terms of cost performance, it is not bad among the three-star restaurants in Paris~

It's right on the Champs Elysees, and they serve luxurious French cuisine. The duck breast is really good, but there are only two pieces, so you may not feel full. The sashimi platter is huge, and there are many fishes that I have never eaten before.

The most shocking event in the French restaurant industry in 2016 was that the same chef's two new restaurants won two Michelin stars and one Michelin star just over a year after opening. His "great achievements" are by no means luck. He was born into a culinary family. In 1988, when he was 7 years old, his father's L'Ambroisie restaurant, located opposite Hugo's former residence, won three Michelin stars. It has the longest record of holding three stars in Paris so far, and it is also the only restaurant among the ten three-star restaurants that adheres to traditional French cuisine. He began to learn from different famous chefs in many restaurants at the age of 15, and returned to his father at the age of 22 to continue the family's three-star myth. It was not until 2014 that he decided to "go solo" - to open a restaurant with his own generation's style. Hexagone is his new interpretation of traditional French cuisine in the language of young people. For example, the French love leeks (Chinese people always think that they are just side dishes for seasoning, but they can be the protagonist in French cuisine) and seasonal black truffles are stir-fried together; duck breasts are paired with dried fruits and honey; the traditional cream sauce with rice wine is paired with flounder, which gives the visual effect of Shaoxing rice wine steamed fish. Black Forest cake and traditional cheese strawberry Vachelin are both re-deconstructed. Deconstruction is the keyword of Hexagone, which can be seen from the menu. The names of the dishes are disassembled, and the methods, main ingredients and side dishes are written separately. The contemporary restaurant has a spacious space, and the view outside the window is "incompatible" with the "old-fashioned" traditional 16th district. Most of them are elderly local diners. The choice of wine is also rich enough, with thousands of varieties. For Chinese people who come to Paris to travel and want to eat traditional French food in a modern way, this restaurant will not disappoint you. Dinner with three courses is 90 euros, and lunch is 49 euros, which is very cost-effective.

Unfortunately, I only have one stomach and I wanted to eat too many dishes. I bought milk tea outside before I came in, so I had to lean on the wall to leave~ This restaurant can actually have more friends, four, five or six people is better.

This is a Michelin one-star restaurant right next to the Eiffel Tower. You must make a reservation, otherwise you won’t be able to eat, and you can’t wait for a table. The foie gras pie is delicious, and the veal is super tender.

My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 10 years. It's always good and our go-to for fish dishes in Paris. The service from the manager and his team is excellent.

Agapé's area is home to many modern French restaurants within a 1km radius, making the 17th arrondissement a new map of Parisian cuisine. Agapé's is different because his boss is a restaurant manager, not a chef. Laurent Lapaire worked as a front office manager at the Michelin three-star restaurant Arpège in Paris for more than 10 years and has an extraordinary insight into customer needs. Laurent Lapaire's non-chef-led restaurant model has led to an unusually frequent change of chefs, with six chefs having been replaced in the past nine years. Despite this, it has been able to maintain its consistent high standards, with every detail revealing a consistent style and spirit. This is due to Lapaire's comprehensive insistence on expanding from food to dining experience. "Small and beautiful" is the best way to describe it. Although it has only 35 seats, it has an extraordinary demeanor. White and gray and contemporary abstract lines extend from the interior decoration of the restaurant to the dining table. On the artistic plate, the food uses a lot of white space to highlight the concentrated flavor essence, and different flavors that have never been thought of are combined together in a new way. Seasonal ingredients and light cooking techniques suitable for contemporary young people represent a more open new French cuisine.

The palace-like decoration is located in the Peninsula Paris, and is known as the most luxurious Chinese restaurant in Paris. The fried tofu is not evenly salted, the barbecued pork is too thin, the chicken soup is too expensive, the okra is not as delicious as I make, and I have never seen turbot cooked like this [goodbye][goodbye] After all, I am destined to eat at food stalls, not to win stars

Mainly chicken breast, about one-third of stewed lamb and one-third of beef, with plenty of vegetables and milk, very little carbohydrates, and a slice of whole wheat bread for each meal. Chicken breast is okay, but beef and mutton are too expensive~
