健康美丽的芳芳LA COTE D'OR is located in a medieval building with a very retro feel. The food here is top-notch, and there is a Chinese menu, so communication is not a problem at all.

However I think on the night we visited they must have been short staffed as the service was very slow. Hopefully this was a 'one off' and it would not stop us from returning.

TheForkUserVery interesting concept! This “eatery” is situated in a quaint village and has an interesting concept to meals. The tables are all set low, like a cocktail bar. The ordering process is via a tablet (translated in English if needed) which shows all of the options and prices. The wine list is good, and the food options are good. The main dishes are served in glass jars and heated via a microwave…sounds bad, but the food is great! The food is prepared ahead of time, cooked and stored in glass jars., so it just needs to be warmed up sufficiently. We started with the Hot Camembert with baguettes. For our main dishes, we had the Chili Con Carne, and my husband had the Confit Pork and Chorizo stew. For dessert we had the Flowing Chocolate Heart. All of our food was very good and the ordering and paying process was quick and easy! Such a different concept, must try!
