洛娃*芭蕾老师AnnyPérouges This town is known as one of the most beautiful towns in France, with a strong European medieval style. We decided to drive south to experience this place full of historical charm. 🚗 From Lyon, it takes about 40 minutes to drive, or about 30 minutes by TER train (timetable attached). Parking fee is 2 euros per day, which is very affordable. The tourist center provides tour guides, which cost 0.2 euros each. Museum tickets are 5 euros per person. The flowers on the roadside are so beautiful. It is recommended to bring a camera. Every shot is a blockbuster! Remember to wear thick-soled shoes, because the roads in the town are mainly gravel roads, which may be a bit painful to walk. There are several restaurants in the town, but because only terraces can be opened, there are many people queuing. You must try Pérouges's specialty food-galettes de pérouges, which are delicious in any restaurant. We found a random one, 1.5 euros per slice, and the whole pizza-sized pie was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which is amazing! But it's a bit sweet, it is recommended to pair it with a cup of coffee. The town can be visited in about 45 minutes. You can bring a picnic mat and food. There are many places suitable for picnics. Perouges is not only beautiful, but also special. It is said that it was built when the Italians settled here, so the souvenir shop is also full of symbolic weapons and armor. #find a terrace restaurant #picnic #cityhumanitieshandbook #worthgoingancienttownsandvillages #capturecityhumanities

三旬游记Pé rouges! This place is definitely a romantic medieval fairytale town, especially suitable for those who like leisurely travel and savoring life~ Town Introduction Pé rouges is located in eastern France, about 30 kilometers from Lyon. It is a well-preserved medieval town, and the whole town is full of ancient charm, making people feel like they have returned to the past. Must-visit attractions Medieval streets: The cobblestone streets and ancient buildings in the town make you feel like you are walking into a historical painting every step you take. Every shot is a super beautiful Instagram-style blockbuster. Walk on the city wall: The town is surrounded by ancient city walls. Climbing the city wall, you can overlook the beauty of the entire Perouges, which is definitely a good place to relax. Church: The church in the center of the town is worth a visit. The simple architectural style and quiet atmosphere make people feel relaxed and happy. Food Recommendation When you come to Perouges, you must not miss the local specialty food-galette. This pancake made of sugar and butter is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, sweet but not greasy. It is the signature delicacy here! I recommend you to go to [Le Relais de la Tour] to taste it. The taste is super good~ Literary experience Pé rouges regularly has some medieval-themed activities and handicraft markets, where you can buy unique souvenirs, or participate in some traditional handicrafts and experience the real French art of life. Accommodation recommendation If you want to stay in Pérouges for a night and feel the town style at night, I recommend you to choose [Hostellerie du VieuxPé rouges]. This hotel is located in the center of the town. The ancient architectural style and comfortable rooms make people feel the perfect fusion of the Middle Ages and modern times. Transportation From Lyon, you can choose to drive or take public transportation to Pérouges. It takes about 30 minutes to drive by yourself, and public transportation is also very convenient. You can easily get there by train or bus. Tips Wear a pair of comfortable shoes, because the cobblestone streets of the town need to be explored on foot. Bring a camera, every corner of Pérouges is worth recording. Check the town's event schedule in advance, you may encounter special festivals. #Overseas niche travel recommendations #Niche travel #Healing scenery #France travel

摆渡修行Star restaurants are all open in clusters. The restaurant's decoration style is modern and simple, and the chairs look like the same style as Takao Takano's, but in different colors. -Welcome snacks: There are three types in total: anchovy crisps + cream, which are slightly thick, but the anchovy skin is super crispy. The pea shape reminds people of Japanese flower arrangement, which is artistic and delicious. The last one is also good. -Frog Leg and Watercress Soup: Very creamy, the broad beans are beaten into a sauce, and the whole thing is quite fresh. The meat of the frog legs is also very good. -Shellfish Ragout: There are mussels, clams, cockles and small conches, no sand, and the taste is good, only one is slightly fishy. It is seasoned with lemongrass and ginger, with a strong Asian flavor. Hollandaise sauce is also added, so the texture is very creamy. Although it has a slight sour taste to relieve the greasiness, it still feels a bit heavy after a bowl. The amount of shellfish is quite large in Michelin, and it is refreshing to eat. - Slow-cooked veal with calf thymus: The veal is very tender and the sauce is slightly sour. The Sweetbreads next to it are what made me mistake them for sweetbreads when I ordered! Sweetbreads are actually calf thymus, the outer layer is baked and hard, and the inside is soft and tastes a bit like between liver and brain? ! It feels quite strange. There are also pork skin crisps on the side, which is quite satisfactory. - Apple Japanese yuzu yogurt: Those who don’t eat cheese can choose yogurt instead. There are 4 fruit flavors. In the end, I chose the apple Japanese yuzu one. It is very refreshing and used to cleanse the mouth before dessert. - Pre dessert: Slightly sour pudding, also used to cleanse the mouth. - Cherry theme dessert: I thought I chose the lemon version, but it ended up with the cherry one? It looks pretty, so I tried it. The big cherry is super creamy inside, I like this taste very much. The ice cream on one side is also good, but the one in the middle with bread/cake is average. - Finally, I had chocolate with Italian sweet bread. Speaking of the restaurant version of Italian sweet bread, I guess Italians would roll their eyes after eating it, the taste is so different... There are 2 sets of 4 options for the set. In the first set, you can choose: 1 appetizer, 1 main course, cheese + dessert for 90 euros; 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, cheese + dessert for 117 euros. In the second set, you can choose: 4 courses, cheese + dessert for 137 euros; 5 courses, cheese + dessert for 150 euros. There are some differences in the dishes of the two sets. I originally wanted to choose the second set, but after asking, the wood-grilled wagyu in it was Australian wagyu, so I didn’t think it was worth it, so I spent 117 euros on the first set. In fact, with the welcome snacks, pre dessert and the chocolate + bread afterwards, it was really full.
