Local food excellences are accompanied by refined raw materials, expertly processed to be elevated to the maximum of their flavor. Excellent welcome and service, trained staff, attention to detail and a truly rare courtesy and attention to the customer. A positive note also to the cellar with excellent wines. The very beautiful location also on the outside lends itself to ceremonies and celebrations but also has a more private area for intimate and more collected appointments. An excellent evening. TheForkUserMy reviews of this restaurant are about as predictable as having to visit when we are in Valloire. The only downside this time was not being able to eat there twice in the week, as we usually do - our fault and not the restaurant's due to some indecision in our party of 21!Call ahead or book on TheFork to ensure a place and you will not be disappointed. The youngers always love "the Bell", while the adults partake in the local dishes, meats and abundance of cheese. Be sure to finish with a Genepi or 2 for the authentic apres-ski experience :)
