TheForkUserA fantastic find in Castillion! Food is spectacular and extremely good value if you have the set menu. All starters were delicious but the langoustines were a highlight and the perfect size. We had the duck and beef for main courses which were also good sized portions and very flavoursome. It’s a small but serene spot so best to book and service was delightful. Will definitely revisit!

TheForkUserThe food, service, and setting were perfect. The only area for improvement was the behavior of a staff member, who directed guests from the terrace to the outdoor restrooms, forcing us to cross the inner courtyard and denying us entry to the restaurant's bar. This is not only inconvenient, but the unpleasantness is compounded by this gentleman's unfriendly attitude. Are the guests on the terrace considered "sub-standard"? This is what the employee's haughty and ironic behavior suggests.

TheForkUserWonderful restaurant in Sauterne we sat on the terrace and had the 16 euro 3 course lunch, couldn’t have been better highly recommend. Enjoyed a bottle of Sauterne which was very reasonably priced as well
