It&#39;s time for dinner again. Tonight we chose Slightly North of Broad, which ranks third. If you put the first letters of each word together, it&#39;s S.N.O.B, which means snobbish in Chinese. The open kitchen allows you to see every step of the production. The jazz singer&#39;s melodious singing is intoxicating.
