palettes_nyA very popular and cost-effective chain steak restaurant in the East Coast of the United States. They don't have a store in Manhattan. Every time I want to eat there, I have to run far to the surrounding areas to eat it. This time I was on a short trip to Yaletown, so I checked in along the way. It was once affectionately called the "Texas Roadside Stand". Their environment and decoration are all very classic American minimalist style. Their appetizers are really YYDS. After checking in at so many restaurants, in my heart, there is no restaurant that can challenge this dominant position. For the hot and soft appetizers, I have to recommend it with five stars!

Both are excellent and being part of Danny Meyer''s collection service is included in the price. They share a bar and a kitchen, although the menus differ. The Bar room is more lively and informal, the Dining room quieter and more formal.
