We planned to eat there the night before, but when we got there, we found that they didn't make guagua at night, only malatang, so we decided to come for breakfast the next morning. We ordered cold noodles, guagua, yellow steamed bun, lard box, almond tea, and boiled egg soup. We basically ordered everything on the menu, haha. The guagua here is indeed much better than the stalls in the Maijishan Grottoes Scenic Area yesterday. It is worthy of being a time-honored brand. The locals told us to break the guagua into small pieces and mix it with the sauce thoroughly, which is really more flavorful. The sauce for cold noodles is the same as that for guagua, except that it is a little spicy, and the taste is good. I don't like cakes, so I took a bite to try it. I don't like almond tea either, so I drank a sip. My friend finished the almond tea and lard box. I couldn't eat the yellow steamed bun in the end, so I packed it up.

The Eight Bowls of My Hometown are well-known. The name is good. The hometown of ancestors is the hometown of descendants. From Tianshui Railway Station, turn your back to the tall clock, walk south, cross the Weihe Bridge, enjoy the scenery all the way, walk to the end of the bridge, go down along the left side of the overpass, and you will see the Hyatt Hotel not far away. Turn around and you will see our restaurant. The bright lobby is empty, which is really good. I ordered four small bowls and the guagua that I have always missed. It is enough for two people. The restaurant is extremely clean and refreshing. The waiters are very good. Their voices are soft and smooth. They patiently answered many of my questions and made a little suggestion. They are not forced and their tone is comfortable. Thank you very much. In particular, there is a waiter who is a little older and has a very humble attitude. When she learned that I would write a good review, she smiled like a flower and was happy from the bottom of her heart. She also said that even if there are guests at home, they should greet them with a smile. What's more, working for the boss, you must live up to his trust. How simple it is, which makes me respect him. Let's talk about the dishes. I dare not say they are authentic because I am not a local. I can only say a few layman's words. First of all, the appearance is not bad. Moreover, the four small bowls are made of casserole material, and the heat preservation performance is also good. The four dishes are all home-cooked, unified stews, and the original taste. You can tell what they are with your eyes closed. They are not greasy and the seasoning is just right. The braised pork is tender and delicious. The meatballs are well-cooked and quite delicious. The radish is the most delicious and fragrant. It is my favorite dish. The kelp is also good, but it is of different lengths and some are slightly hard. It is said to be made of buckwheat noodles. The cucumber is cut into shreds and mixed with a red sauce. It is not spicy, salty or fragrant. It is hard to say what the taste is. Overall, the service is very satisfactory and the dining environment is comfortable. It is also the most expensive meal I have eaten in Tianshui in the past week. It is right to choose here. Remember, the eight bowls of my hometown.

Exploring Maiji Mountain: A dreamland where nature and humanity interweave In the magical land of Tianshui, Gansu, there is a fascinating holy place hidden - Maiji Mountain. It is like a bright pearl nurtured by the earth, perfectly integrating the natural wonders with the profound cultural heritage, exuding a unique and charming charm. Maiji Mountain, named after its unique appearance that resembles a haystack, seems to be a masterpiece of nature, a top artist. It stands between heaven and earth, and its unique Danxia landform makes it stand out from the vast land. The mountain is vertical and steep, forming a sharp contrast with the surrounding gentle terrain, as if it suddenly rises from the depths of the earth, and its majestic figure makes people feel awe. The scenery in the mountains is like a beautiful picture of the changing seasons. In spring, the mountains are covered with flowers, as if nature has overturned the palette and poured the most gorgeous colors in the world here; in summer, the trees are lush and green, weaving into a cool green ocean, and every leaf is shining with the luster of life; in autumn, the red leaves are like clouds, decorating Maiji Mountain like a dream, as if it is a poetic chapter dyed by time; in winter, the whole mountain is covered with silver, like a crystal clear ice and snow palace, quiet and holy. However, the most eye-catching thing about Maiji Mountain is the famous Maiji Mountain Grottoes. It was built in the Post-Qin period and has been carefully constructed by various dynasties. It is like a history book engraved on the stone wall, silently telling the vicissitudes of thousands of years. Inside the cave, the Buddha statues are exquisite, with compassionate faces and delicate lines, as if they are humming ancient Buddhist sounds; the murals are colorful, and although they have been eroded by the years, they still cannot hide their brilliant light. Every stroke carries the ancient people's persistence in faith and pursuit of art, and is the immortal crystallization of the ancient people's wisdom and artistic attainments. Here, the natural landscape and the grotto art complement each other. Whether it is a sunny spring day, a golden autumn with colorful forests, or a cold winter with silver snow, as long as you set foot on this land, you will be moved by the soul and indulge in this dreamlike fairyland on earth, and you don't want to wake up. #Nature's Magical Works #Tianshui Maiji Mountain Tour #Gansu Tianshui #A large number of tourists flock to Gansu Tianshui

First time here, the restaurant is on the second floor, the entrance is not big. I couldn't find it at first, and then I found it by looking at the navigation. The hand-grabbed garlic is 88 per pound, which is OK. The garlic is frozen new garlic, and the chili oil is not spicy and very fragrant. The chili oil is not spicy and very fragrant. The fermented glutinous rice milk is OK

After visiting the grottoes in Maijishan Scenic Area, it was already noon. I went to the farms in Maiji Village at the foot of the mountain and found a restaurant with a nice environment, Xianghe Ecological Farm. I chose a private room in the hall surrounded by green plants and sat down. There are many local dishes and wild vegetables on the menu, which have some local characteristics. After the dishes were served, it didn't take long for the dishes to be served one after another. The efficiency was quite gratifying. With the cooperation of barley tea, the rich and sufficient dishes were eaten one after another to satisfy the appetite. The local eggs and gray vegetables and other specialties attracted many praises.

An old halal restaurant, I was dragged here by a bookworm for 7 shredded chicken noodles and flatbreads The service is not bad It's the first time to have 7 shredded chicken noodles, a bit like the queshe noodles I ate many years ago, the shape of the noodles is very similar, but the taste is much better than queshe noodles, soft and glutinous but not chewy, the soup base has pepper and sesame oil, slightly spicy and slightly spicy, and there is coriander to enhance the flavor, the shredded chicken is not strong, overall it's still my style Balloons are much inferior in comparison, beef and green onion filling, it's as difficult to find the meat as it is to catch ghosts, it's simply, it's made upon order, and you need to wait Shredded chicken noodles are still recommended
