The restaurant is located in the old city of Segovia, Spain. The old buildings are very historic! The restaurant mainly serves Spanish-style food, which is delicious with local Spanish wine! The price is not expensive!

Wine straight from the proprietor&rsquo;s bodegas, lechazo lamb fresh from the herds of old Castille and other local treats arrive cheerily at your table. The adjacent clean, comfortable hotel and nearby towns along the fabled Duero offer travellers a restful stop in the land immortalized by some of Spain&rsquo;s most notable poets and writers.

The service is very good, the food too, but above all the treatment has made the experience very pleasant.

Meeting the local chef during a vertical wine tasting while savouring the 4initial appetizers was extraordinary.  The sommelier and the waitress were super.  The same can be said about the dishes : inventive and full of taste. The bread spread : astonishing.  2 stars at least...

The suckling lamb was exquisite, the mixed salad was enormous, the puff pastry with cream was spectacular and the menu price was 50% off at the thefork festival... we will definitely be back... I recommend it.

Castellano Restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed by Angel, the owner, and his friendly and approachable staff.

All the food was delicious, especially the entrecote and cheesecake.
