Fantastic location, good food and good service.Only negative is that you can’t park in their garage unless you are staying at the hotel. On a busy day this might be a real problem.

It's our favorite restaurant in the entire province of Jaén, already a must-try! Recommended: the best rice we've ever tried! We'll go back again and again.

Did you know that Spain has three of the 15 world heritage cities in the Andalusia region, but there is no familiar Sevilla and Granada, which are Córdoba, beda and Baeza, respectively. Today is Uvida. The capital of Hahn province where Uvida is located is the hometown of Sanmao's husband Jose, surrounded by hills and olive trees, so Sanmao wrote the lyrics of the Olive Tree. In addition, Uvida has the densest Renaissance-style buildings in Andalusia, with the Sacred Heart Church of Salvador (Sacra Capilla del Salvador), the Palace of Dean Ortega (Palacio del Deán Ortega) and Juan Vasquez de Molina (Palacio Juan Vázquez de Molina) in the center of the ancient city being the most prominent buildings in the style. Extremely clean, inviting and upscale restaurant. Food is delicious and you can tell that behind the scene are chefs and personnel that enjoy and love what they do. Very pleasant and flavorful dishes. Impecable service, and knowledgeable staff. David and Ari went above and beyond. Wine list and their recommendations… Superb! We could not resist temptation and came back on our 2nd day (out of two days in Cuenca) for another dinner, completely different but as great as the previous one.Cheers to you guys for such a fantastic meal, staff and experience. Well deserve Micheline recommendation, but you deserve 2 stars at least.Thank you! Leonel and Noris ( el medico y la dentista de Miami).
