A very popular cost-effective chain steak restaurant in the East Coast of the United States. There is no store of theirs in Manhattan. Every time I want to eat, I have to go a long way to the surrounding area to eat. This time I was on a short trip to Yale Town, so I checked in. This is my favorite restaurant when I was studying in the village. It was once affectionately called "Texas Roadside Stand". Their environment and decoration are all very classic American minimalist style. Their appetizers are really YYDS. After checking in so many restaurants, in my heart, there is no restaurant that can challenge this dominant position. For the hot and soft appetizers, it must be recommended with five stars!

Although it is a steakhouse, their appetizer is the real signature dish. Many friends around me are fans of their appetizer. It is still hot when it is served, and it feels like it has just been made and baked. It is soft and sticky. It is paired with the store's special Cinnamon Honey Butter. I don't like cinnamon, but I said that this cinnamon butter with small bread, I can still fight for a small basket

A portion costs more than ten dollars, and it is also paired with two side dishes. Such a cost-effective steakhouse naturally makes it popular. The sirloin steak made from the upper loin of the cow has a fat and lean texture, with a little tender tendon, and is slightly less tender than the fillet steak. Fillet steak is definitely the king of steaks. It is taken from the abdominal cavity of the cow.
