寂寞的恋人啊这次到武汉打卡了两家美食圈认证的高级餐厅,一家老字号和一家新晋网红景观餐厅,综合来说粗茶淡饭是最好的一家了。地段好,距离黎黄陂路和江滩公园都很近,有自己的停车场,免费停4小时,吃完饭还能周边转转。菜品都很可口,但湖北菜的特色不突出,主要是用了一些本地食材,烹饪方式算是比较融合系的,所以就比较欠缺辨识度,一顿饭下来反而没有什么记忆点。两个人点了一个980+的套餐,性价比很高,吃都吃不完,关于菜单的设计提两个建议。一个是五福拼盘,除了樱桃鹅肝酱是双数,其他都是单数,作为双人套餐非常不合宜,建议蔬菜沙拉去掉,五福每样四件,而且最好是每人一个容器。另一个是点心,建议一个干点一个湿点,现在咸点和甜点都是带汤水的,搭配不太合理。另,餐后糖水甜度过低,建议上菜的时候搭配一份蜂蜜水或者桂花蜜,毕竟每个人口味不一样,就我而言,过于追求健康索性就别吃甜食了,如此寡淡的糖水还有什么意义呢。不过服务员的反应很专业,不仅马上拿来了蜂蜜和白糖,还送了一份餐厅自制的小甜食,看得出餐厅还是有服务意识,且懂得投其所好的。整个用餐过程,服务员还是表现的比较专业的,待人接物各方面也基本做到了礼貌周到,不卑不亢。但在上菜顺序和节奏方面距离高级餐厅还有一定距离,要做到根据菜式口味梯度上菜,观察客人用餐节奏出菜,确实不是一件容易的事情。本来吃完饭想去巴公房子那儿拍拍照,但来的时候看见里里外外的商拍,索性吃完饭就留在餐厅拍了几张照片。粗茶淡饭还是曾经的俄国领事馆,这栋房子建于1902年,现在看也还挺漂亮的,百叶窗、复古楼梯、钢琴都很出片。
