空空CJ7 small but most delicious dishes, plus dessert: 1) Shrimp with pear and honey mousse. 2) Bread with sea urchin caviar, pickled onions and corn mousse. 3) Scallops with dried raspberries. Served with yogurt and seaweed. 4) Mackerel with pickled apples. 5) Squid fermented soup, sour cream and tender onions. 6) Squid with celery and mint. 7) Bread with smoked catfish, sour cream, parsnips and blackcurrant leaves. Dessert: a spoonful of cloudberry mousse, yogurt, red caviar and fennel. Each dish is a work of art. The waiter describes each ingredient, which makes the food even more delicious. Besides the stylish hall, every piece of bread and every piece of exquisite food makes this the ideal place to enjoy life.

空空CJIf you want something quick to go in Oslo, or a different lunch, you should try Freddy Fuego snack bar. The concept is my favorite, choose your own toppings and mix it up! You can choose between chicken, beef, pork or vegetarian. All ingredients are very fresh and delicious! I recommend the "burrito in a box", which is less messy! Hopefully the concept will spread to other parts of Norway. I will come here again when I'm in Oslo again.
