Tried the pizza and a toasted sandwich—both were decent, though the pizza could've had more topping for the price. Cozy spot, but I'd only come back for the sandwiches.

Tucked away in a quiet courtyard, really nice relaxed spot. Porridge was spot on, though I wish they'd a better wine list to go with it. Still, great for a slow morning.

Came here with a few friends last week and honestly the chicken and burgers were spot on. Chips let it down a bit though, some were a bit sad and chewy, like they'd been refried. Fresh ones would make such a difference. Still, decent spot for a catch-up, wouldn't say no to going back. 😊

Rooms were spotless, spacious, and quiet. The staff were warm and genuinely helpful, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The tapas dinner was a highlight too.

The toasted special with Mary Rose sauce was proper tasty—that tangy kick really worked. Staff had me sorted in no time, which I appreciated since I was starving. Place was busy but they kept it moving. Wouldn't mind going back to try more off the menu.

Had a lovely dinner here with my family. Staff were really attentive without hovering, which I appreciated. Food was tasty and well presented. Only small thing - it got a bit warm inside, but nothing that ruined the evening.

Lovely spot — proper busy even on a winter evening, which says a lot. Staff were sound and the food hit the spot. Wouldn't mind going back.

The garlic naan here is still the best I've had anywhere. Delivery ran a bit late one time, but the food came hot and they threw in onion bhaji for the wait. Fair play.

The Guinness game pie was proper comfort food—lovely mix of veg and rich gravy. Just a bit of a draft near the door, but the cosy vibe made up for it.

Decent spot. Pasta had a nice little kick and the pizza was pretty good, though toppings were a bit light. Wine's a touch pricey but staff were sound.

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed the fish & chips plus a slice of pizza. Fish was properly crispy, not greasy, and the batter stayed light. Pizza had that thin crust I like, cheese was nicely melted. Fried chicken was decent too, juicy inside. Nothing mind-blowing but solid if you're in the area and want a few different things.

Stopped in for lunch, got the hot chicken pie with salad. Vinaigrette was spot on. Decent price for what you get.

The castle view from our table was unreal — proper postcard stuff. Food was decent, nothing mind-blowing, but you're really paying for the setting. Enjoyed it though.

The eggs benny with spinach never misses, and those roasted potatoes with hollandaise are proper good. Pastries are the real draw here though.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Place has a decent vibe, staff were sound. Got the ribs though and they were a bit of a letdown—pretty bland, barely any sauce on them. Maybe I just picked wrong, but I'd probably try something else next time.

The tagliatelle al ragù was proper Italian, not the usual tourist stuff. Reminded me of my nonna's cooking. Pasta had the right bite.

Stopped in for a late lunch and the lamb really caught my attention — cooked properly, still juicy, not overdone like most places do it. Staff were sound, no fuss. Menu's simple enough, nothing fancy, but that's grand. Place has a relaxed vibe, though it did get a bit busy around 1. Wouldn't mind going back for that lamb again.

Great coffee and they actually have oat milk, which is handy. Sandwiches are decent for a quick bite. The space itself is pretty snug though, not much room to spread out if you're staying a while.

The vintage decor inside is lovely, really gives the place character. Food was good, ingredients tasted fresh, though it's a bit pricey for what you get. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Nice spot for a quiet afternoon. Garden area's well kept, views are solid. Caught a bit of the local art exhibition too, nothing too fancy but interesting enough. Tea was fine, nothing mad but it does the job. Wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if you're in the area it's a decent stop.

Came here for brunch with a couple of friends and honestly the vegan options were the highlight. Portions are proper generous too, like we left feeling actually full. Place was a bit busy but we managed to grab a table. Would go back if I'm in the area again. 🌱

The chicken burger was proper good, and the staff didn't hassle us at all. Sat outside and honestly, that sea view just makes it. Could've stayed there longer if the breeze hadn't picked up. Nice spot for a quick bite if you're in the area.

Stayed at the townhouse nearby, which made getting to dinner so easy. The raviolo starter was the standout for me, honestly could’ve just had that and been happy. Location is dead handy for wandering into town after. Service was grand, no complaints. Just wish I’d booked a second night to try more off the menu.

Lovely spot for catching up with friends over a few drinks. The interior is really nice, warm lighting and all that. Service was spot on too, never had to wait long to order. Only thing is it got a bit loud later in the evening, but that's kind of expected. Would definitely come back with the girls 👍

Lovely spot right on the harbour, we sat outside and it was so nice just watching the boats. Food was fresh, I had the fish and chips, really tasty. Staff were friendly enough, didn't have to wait long for anything. Would happily go back if I'm in the area again.

The fish and chips were spot on — crispy batter, fresh fish. Sat on the terrace with a view of the water, which made the whole lunch feel a bit special.

Came for the match on the big screens, ended up staying for the food. The fish chowder was proper—creamy, plenty of fish, not just potato filler. Chicken salad was fresh too, decent size for the price. Place was busy but we got our order quick enough. Solid spot if you're after a bite with the game on.

The cod was pretty good—properly cooked, flaky, not greasy. Brownie for dessert was decent too, nice and rich. Staff sorted us a table even though we'd only booked that morning, which I appreciated. Place was a bit busy but we weren't rushed. Fine for a casual dinner, I'd go back.
