Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and the kitchen's commitment to quality.Cons:- Service:Unfortunately, the service significantly tarnished our dining experience. From the onset, it felt as though the staff was either disinterested or tired. - Greeting: The initial interaction was awkward. We had to clarify our reservation status, followed by an uncomfortable wait while a waitress was fetched. - Attention:The waitstaff seemed elusive. We were left unattended with menus for 15 minutes and had to actively seek assistance for ordering, clearing the table, and getting the bill. - Payment Process: The insistence on using a physical card over tap payment was peculiar and somewhat unsettling, considering its widespread acceptance.Despite the culinary excellence, the lackluster service left a sour taste. We typically tip 15%, and did so out of habit, but it felt undeserved this time. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique to improve its service standards, aligning them with the high quality of their food.
