关娜在巴塞罗那
This is the restaurant where Catalan chef Carles Abellan (who currently owns nine restaurants) defines "Barcelona cuisine". In the vintage-style decoration, soothing music flows; although the layout of the restaurant is a bit cramped, the friendly and thoughtful service is enough to make up for it. The name of the restaurant is a pun, sucar lent, which means "slowly dip" in Catalan; and suculento means "delicious and juicy" in Spanish. They are practicing all of this through the careful design and patient cooking of each dish!

An extraordinary experience in Catalan cuisine, the restaurant is hidden in an old building with a 19th-century modernist style. The famous chef Jordi Vilà, as the leader of bringing Catalan cuisine into the new Spanish gastronomic era (La nueva cocina), fully demonstrates its innovative cooking skills in the dishes. The Mediterranean red shrimp is extremely delicious, and the charcoal-grilled fish with sweet zucchini flowers is unforgettable. The standard set menu of 8 dishes is very generous, so you must experience it when your appetite is full.

The restaurant is full of art and interesting from the art decorations to the food. I recently went here with my friends for dinner and drinks. It is not expensive and the atmosphere and people are modern. There are also cocktails available, which my friend tried. There is a live DJ at 10pm. There is a cozy balcony in the courtyard of the restaurant, although it is hidden from the street, but we found it because it is cooler outside.

We ate here twice when we were in Barcelona, and it suited our taste very well. The fried potatoes looked ordinary, but the sauce was very delicious. So we ordered it both times. The Sangaria prepared by the store was very delicious. If there were two people, 1/2 would be enough. If you don't know what to drink, you can also order housewine directly. The seafood was very fresh, and you can watch the chef cooking on the iron plate when you sit at the bar.

This restaurant in Barcelona mainly sells fried chicken and other products. I recommend the bacon pizza. You can try it. There are a lot of small ingredients in it, but the taste is very good. The boss is a person who loves food very much and is very easy to communicate with.

We came to celebrate my partner's birthday. A party of 5. We were seated right away and had a delicious meal of starters and paella. We received the attention of several wait staff and made to feel welcome. Don't miss their cheesecake dessert.
