Went to Luffy Pancake before going to Oktoberfest. Waited around 30 minutes in line&mdash;this is typical for Oktoberfest, finding food anywhere takes time. The food is good and perfect for after a night of beer drinking. Wait staff are kind and speak English perfectly. Sitting outside is nice and blankets are provided.

The service was excellent, especially from Monika, who made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend making a reservation!
