Joanna腳安娜This is one of the few Michelin-recommended restaurants in Brighton, so you must try it. In addition to this one, there is another one in Hove, and both products are great. Desserts: Italian panna cotta and strawberry sorbet The desserts made by Italians are still very good here. The panna cotta is sweet and smooth, and the strawberry sorbet is cool and refreshing. Many desserts in Europe are sweet, but this one is just right, perfect for Asian tastes! The appetizers are also worthy of a name. I usually eat appetizers casually, but this one really surprised me. The outside is burnt and fragrant, and the inside is soft, which is very different from other appetizers in Western restaurants. Main course: Cream bacon duck handmade pasta This is my favorite handmade pasta, with a super strong creamy flavor and moderate saltiness. The duck meat is cut into small cubes, so the meat flavor is wrapped in the noodles. This dish is a special of the day, not available every day, I am really lucky to have it. Sardines and figs handmade noodles This noodle dish tastes very fresh and refreshing. It is paired with sardines and figs, and some fresh peppers are added to enhance the flavor, but it doesn't feel spicy, which is more suitable for people who like sour food. Appetizer: Raw tuna and sweet and sour avocado puree I love raw fish. In addition to tuna, this dish also has fresh cherry tomatoes and watermelon. They also used avocado puree as the base and basil leaves as embellishment, which is quite refreshing overall. Italian cheese and crushed peas This appetizer is a must-order for every table. The cheese is made of mozzarella cheese and fresh cream, a special Italian method. The cheese has a super rich taste, and the crushed peas and mint leaves are very fresh, just right to eat together. Overall, it's great, and the per capita consumption is also very down-to-earth for a Michelin-recommended restaurant.
