I highly recommend the steak and all the snacks (this is a set meal, for example, three snacks for 10 pounds, five snacks for 15 pounds). I have eaten all of them and they are not bad. Although I asked my Mexican friend if this restaurant is authentic, he said it is not. But for Chinese people, the taste is very suitable. The environment is a bit noisy, and people basically shout when talking.

Ip.O.N is one of the few restaurants that serves authentic local cuisine. The flavor of their restaurant has been maintained for more than ten years, so Chinese and international students like it very much.

The bar is located in an alley, giving it the feel of a hidden bar. After entering, a warm female staff member took the five of us to our seats. The bar was almost full, and it seemed that the bar was very popular. After someone left, we immediately asked to move to an open, spacious, and more comfortable seat. The warm staff was very busy, so we raised our hands. There were indeed a lot of choices on the menu, so we asked the staff for recommendations. We hoped that she could recommend products from small distilleries that could represent Australia, but she recommended a very popular brand, so we just ordered Gin & Tonic. Gin & Tonic looks beautiful, tastes good, and is of standard, but there is no surprise, it is just standard. To be honest, the bar decoration and music are very vulgar, and do not match the consumption of the bar. The overall experience is poor, the consumption is high, but it does not have the style and taste of a high-end Gin bar. If you have not been there and want to drink a glass of Gin, you can go and have a look.
