Celebrated something personal here and honestly, the food held its own. Had the tasting menu with a glass of their Austrian Zweigelt — that pairing alone was worth the visit. Service was attentive without hovering. Place got a bit loud toward the end, but didn't ruin the mood. Solid choice for a proper dinner.

The marrow toast (velőspirítós) is the reason to come here — that’s the dish everyone talks about and yeah, it lives up to it. The cellar room felt properly old-school, like you’re tucked into a wine cave with low ceilings and stone walls. Prices seemed fair for being right in the old town. Just wish the tables weren’t packed so close together.

The waiter was really friendly and took care of us the whole time. Service like that makes a difference, even if the food was just okay.

Took the walk from the center and didn’t mind it one bit. The apricot dumplings were the right call to finish—light, warm, not too sweet. I had a glass of Grüner Veltliner with the main course, and it paired nicely with the food. Service was friendly without hovering. A solid spot if you want real Austrian cooking without the tourist rush.

We did a reading event here and the tapas + Spanish wines were solid. Place has a chill vibe that works well for that kind of thing. Been back a few times since.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink and ended up staying longer than planned. They had a Czech beer on tap that took me right back—nice surprise. Didn't eat much, just some snacks, but the pint alone was worth it. Place has that relaxed, no-fuss vibe. Service was fine, though they took a bit to come around when it got busier.

The terrace is lovely, but the place feels a bit tired. Could use some fresh touches here and there. Still, a nice spot to sit outside.

Tried the chicken breast with peaches and cheese—creative, but a bit too sweet for me. The house Blaufränkisch was solid.

The garden out back is what got me—old-school Austrian charm without trying too hard. Had a slice of the apricot tart with a Melange, and honestly the coffee was solid, not fancy but well made. Prices felt fair for the neighborhood. Service was friendly enough, though they took a minute to notice me. Would've liked a proper wine option by the glass, but for coffee and cake, it hit the spot.

The outdoor tables face the square, so it's decent for people-watching. Food was pretty good—nothing fancy, but consistent. Service friendly enough, didn't have to wait long. Can't complain, really. Fine spot if you're in the area and want a simple meal without fuss.

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed a seat in the courtyard. Burger was solid, juicy enough, but honestly the Tex-Mex fries stole it for me. Had a decent draft beer alongside—went well with the spice. Soups looked good too, maybe next time. Place has a nice laid-back vibe, nothing fancy.

Solid spot for Austrian classics. Schnitzel was crispy, meat tender. Service friendly, no complaints. Prices fair for the portion. Nothing fancy, just honest cooking.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and really liked the fresh ingredients in my bowl. The owners were friendly, not overly chatty, just nice. Food came out quick too. Only thing is the seating is a bit tight, but fine for a quick bite. I'd come back for the avocado toast.

Had breakfast here while passing through. Got the scrambled eggs with fresh herbs—simple but really well done. Service was quick and the lady at the counter remembered my coffee order from the day before. That kind of small attention makes a difference. Only thing: the seating near the window is a bit tight, but it's fine for a quick meal.

Came for dinner and tried the truffle pasta—really fresh, not heavy at all. The ingredients felt high quality, which I appreciate. Slightly pricey with the cover charge, but the food itself made sense for what you get. I’d go back if I’m craving something a bit more refined.

Food was solid and the staff kept our glasses full. Only gripe - it's an old wine cellar so the air gets stuffy quick. Fine for a casual dinner though.

The pasta was a bit bland, but the pizza options looked great. Service was quick, which I appreciated. Cozy spot overall.

Nice spot in the old town, food was hearty and tasty. Portions are generous for the price, though the terrace cushions get way too hot in the sun.

Stopped by for a late lunch and honestly the steak was spot on. Cooked just how I asked, no fuss. Place has that retro American diner feel, kinda fun for hanging out with friends. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since we were starving. Only thing is it got a bit loud after a while, but whatever. Solid pick if you're in the area. 😊

The goulash really stood out — rich and hearty, exactly what I needed. Prices were fair for the portion. Terrace was buzzing, maybe a bit loud, but it added to the vibe. Solid quick meal spot.

Came for the coffee, stayed for the vibe. Place was buzzing, classic Austrian feel with the high ceilings and old-school charm. Latte was solid, nothing mind-blowing but did the job. Got a bit crowded around noon, had to wait maybe ten minutes for a seat. Fine by me, the people-watching made up for it.

Great spot to catch up with friends over some good wine. We ordered the pasta and it was solid, though the place got a bit loud later. Service was super friendly the whole time.

The grilled octopus was the standout—soft, slightly charred, just right. Place is tiny, maybe six tables, and the vibe is more functional than cozy. Service was friendly enough, no complaints there. I’d come back just for that dish again. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Staff was great with our kids, really patient and friendly. Local wine was a nice touch too. Solid spot for a family meal.

The grilled octopus was spot on, and the house red they suggested paired beautifully with it. Service was friendly without hovering. Only hiccup—the bread basket came late, but honestly the mains made up for it. I'd come back just for that wine list alone.

Stopped by after a walk in the park. Pastries were really good, flaky and fresh. Place is small and cozy but got pretty busy around noon. Had to wait a bit for a seat but it was fine. Just a solid local spot if you're in the area.

The garden would've been nice but it rained so we sat inside. Staff were friendly enough. Pizza was solid, pasta too. Menu's pretty big — pizzas, pastas, salads, seafood. Didn't try everything obviously but what we had was good. Place was a bit loud inside though.

Lovely spot for a drink and something small to eat. Thursday evening had live music, made the whole place feel alive. Just wish they had a bit more seating.

The schnitzel was spot on — crispy, juicy, exactly what I wanted. Portion size was decent for the price.

Pizza was solid, crust had a good chew. Price felt fair for what you get, not crazy expensive. Service was chill, no rush. Place was a bit busy but that's whatever. Would grab a slice again if I'm in the area.
