乐天的静Grazing is a lovely restaurant in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view of the square and the Wisconsin capital. My sister and I went there to celebrate my birthday and take a break from a rough day. We were seated quickly, ordered appetizers, and then ordered our food. Our waiter was rude, spoke very fast so we could understand every tenth word, and would not slow down even when we asked him to. This seemed to set the tone for the dinner. The so called "cheese" board consisted of a very small cold rock like a rock, cheese, a small piece of cashew cheddar and another nondescript cold (not room temperature) cheese, 3 triangles of cake like walnut bread. Our beet salad followed with a hint of beets, some tossed salad, a few sprigs of arugula and a generous amount of raw (not al dente) wax beans and green beans. Before we could finish our salads, the entrees arrived, all crammed onto a small table. We protested that we were being driven away, they took our entrees away, and then brought it back. The result of an evening that should have been seamless service, delicious food and a pleasant evening. It was shocking, unpleasant and expensive to boot. We won't be going back again.
