I chose the deluxe version of the sushi set for both meals. In terms of the dining experience that day, I felt that the quality of the ingredients in the latter was better and the dining environment was more comfortable. 2/3 of the Japanese customers in the store unexpectedly saw the owner of Brickny Company, which owns Takumi, Kuantei and other restaurants, in the far bar area, eating and chatting casually. - Sushi Plate Luxus: There are three types of tuna sushi. The naked one already feels quite plump, the medium one is fatter and more tender, and the large one really melts in your mouth. The scallops are super tender and have a lemony fragrance. I really like them. The peony shrimps are plump and taste sweet (not dipped in soy sauce). Fish roe and grilled eel are both OK. The grilled eel is cut quite thickly, but the meat is not very fatty. The egg rolls are average. The only thing I didn’t like very much was the Russian sea urchin. It was very salty and a little bitter. I really didn’t feel a hint of sweetness until the end. For sushi rolls, scallion tuna is also delicious. 38.5 euros a serving. - Hida Wagyu Steak: The special menu of the day, it was overcooked, and it was just averagely tender in the mouth. I don’t recommend it. I feel like I spent 48 euros on it, so I might as well order a seafood gem box or seafood rice bowl. - Fried squid: The coating is crispy and the squid takes a little longer to fry, making it slightly chewier. - Egg roll eel: Friends said it was very delicious. Actually, what I want to complain about is the food. I ordered both Sushi Plate Luxus and Hida Wagyu Steak, and they were served just a few minutes apart. Shouldn't this wait until the sushi is finished? By the time I ate the steak, it was a bit cold, which affected the taste even more.
