❤Recommendation: I've tried lobster buns at several restaurants, and most of them have lobster meat the size of a fingernail and lacking in texture. The lobster buns at the highly recommended Waterfall Seafood Restaurant are truly next level. 🌟Highlights: The lobster meat is incredibly large and generous. The shrimp is chewy and retains its freshness. The accompanying bun is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, unlike your average hot dog bun. Paired with fresh shredded lettuce and salad dressing, it's incredibly satisfying. It's a bit pricey, though. 📝Tips: It happened to be a Monday, and there was an all-day happy hour promotion. Mussels were half price, so I immediately ordered two. Also, there were 2 oysters.
