It&#39;s always an exceptional place, whether you&#39;re at Oxalis or at the restaurant you can go there with your eyes closed. Everything is perfect, the food is excellent, the staff is pleasant and friendly and when it&#39;s the chef himself who takes your menu it&#39;s exceptional, you don&#39;t see that elsewhere. Marcoles may be a very picturesque little village in Cantal, but we have an establishment here that will make you detour.
