This steamed noodle shop in Ankang is quite famous, so I came here to try it. The shop sign is very obvious and easy to find. It is larger than other steamed noodle shops. I ordered a small portion of steamed noodles, beef roujiamo, and a bowl of millet porridge. The steamed noodles were poured with oil, chili and sesame sauce, and the texture was chewy. It would be better if there was more vinegar. The beef roujiamo was salty and light, and the meat was easier to chew than expected, which was good.

安康这家蒸面比较有名，特来尝尝。店面招牌很明显，好找，相比其他蒸面店要大。点了小份的蒸面，牛肉肉夹馍，一碗小米稀饭。蒸面浇了油泼辣子和麻酱，口感筋道，如果能够多些醋会更好。牛肉肉夹馍咸淡合适，肉比想象的好咬，不错。

路过安康下高速找了一家酒店休息，晚餐去寻找安康特色美食蒸面，出租车司机推荐了黄家蒸面。我们二人点了两种面，比较后个人比较喜欢吃白色的这个蒸面。蒸面小份的一份是5元、中份的7元，我们点的小份的，肉夹馍可以不点只吃蒸面就完美了。
