You have to buy it when there are discounts, it&#39;s super cost-effective. I like Zhou Hei Ya as always, especially the collarbone and duck neck. I don&#39;t recommend lotus root because I personally don&#39;t like the taste. Last time I bought a box of Zhou Hei Ya&#39;s crayfish, hahahahaha, it tastes pretty good!

The fish are still quite fresh, and basically each one weighs more than two pounds. For this fish hotpot, we usually choose river grouper with less bones. Overall, it is a five-star rating with good value for money.
