The exterior is mainly traditional Hui-style architecture. There are swimming pools, wooden chairs, studios, and tea bars in the courtyard. The courtyard currently has 1 standard accommodation building and 4 courtyards of different styles: Wangshan House, Xishui Building, Liuyin Courtyard, and Guanxing Building.
