From Wuhan to Sumadang, Changyang Qingjiang Gallery is just halfway. I drove for 4 hours and decided to rest for one night. I stayed at Geheyan Hotel. I wanted to eat something special. After asking, the lady in the lobby introduced Yule Hotpot Restaurant. I decided to try it and ordered a duck-billed fish hotpot. The store uses freshly ground soy milk as the base, and it is served with various vegetables and soy products. The hotpot tastes good. The fish is cooked with soy milk and tastes delicious. It is paired with the store's homemade crispy radish. The word "refreshing" is "cool". The hotpot has red soup and white soup, both are good, but I think the white soup is better.
