The Yellow River Carp has an entrance in the lobby on the first floor and a store outside the building, which are all connected. The hotel specializes in Henan cuisine. Sweet and sour Yellow River carp is a must-order dish. There are also some pasta and meat dishes. Many dishes are thickened with starch, which probably reflects the characteristics of Henan cuisine. The dishes in this restaurant taste very authentic.

The waiter said that the carp are raised by the Yellow River and fed with soy milk for the first two months, so the fish have no fishy smell. It tastes really good and has no fishy smell.

It was my first time in Changyuan, and this place was recommended by a friend. Overall, it was ok. The carp was their signature dish, the service was very attentive, and they gave us a fruit platter.
