Fried pancakes and pork head are considered local specialties in Changzhi. I found an old shop to try them. I didn&#39;t have much hope, but the result was not much different from what I expected. Instead, a bowl of inconspicuous soup won my heart [laughing and crying]

I wouldn&#39;t recommend the mushroom and black bean curd sticks; it&#39;s not good value and a bit too sour. The pure meat siu mai is delicious and has received widespread acclaim. The Changping stir-fry is a very homely stir-fry with beans, vermicelli noodles, kelp, and two slices of meat. Vinegar is used in various dishes throughout the meal, perhaps a local specialty.
