The first meal of the trip to Chenzhou, very satisfying. Zhushan is surrounded by green plants, the environment is beautiful, and the dishes are also very unique, especially the beef bones and beef tendons, the more you chew them, the more fragrant they are, and the noodles they come with are perfect! The taro soup with radish and vegetables, the taro is very soft and smooth. The green beans are fried with lard, which is very similar to the lard we ate when we were young, crispy. There is another dish that is also quite unique, stir-fried beef with cabbage stalks. Finally, there is a purple rice bamboo tube rice (with purple rice, corn, black beans, betel nut taro, and it is salty and fragrant.) Perfect!

The interior environment of the restaurant is quite good, just opposite the middle school. Relatively authentic Hunan cuisine, the pork ribs are good, which is the specialty of this restaurant. It is said that this restaurant has been in business for more than ten years.

The taste is very strong, delicious, I will come again next time.
