Huer Oil Rice is a time-honored restaurant in Chiayi. The store is not big, but it does give me a warm and comfortable feeling. I must order the signature oil rice, and also ordered some stir-fried cucumbers, which is quite special.

The environment is very nice, the food tastes great and the ingredients are very good. The owner is also very friendly and it is worth recommending to try. Especially their oily rice with cucumber is a special combination.
