YANG JI LONG FU

I was walking on the street in Jiefangbei at noon. I was hungry and wanted to find a place to eat, so I came to this restaurant. The waiter welcomed me with great energy when I entered the door, and took me to my seat to scan the code to order. While the dishes were being served, I observed the whole restaurant. It is Chinese style, with wooden furniture, a bit hard seats, and a large area. The peas are very tender and sweet. The spicy chicken is very fragrant, with small twists in it. The dishes, prices and service are all good, you can go and try it.

The main branch of Yangjilongfu Jiefangbei is definitely a time-honored brand in Chongqing. The address is easy to find, just on Linjiang Branch Road opposite Hongyadong. After eating and drinking, you can go to Hongyadong for a stroll. The store is very large, with traditional and antique decoration. It is clean and tidy, and has private rooms and partitions.

The portion is large, the taste is OK, the ingredients are fresh, spicy and fragrant, super good with rice, I want to eat more after eating. I have tried almost all of his dishes, I am really a regular customer, it is very good, and there are many activities recently.

It's a bit regrettable! Millet Zongxiang Pork Ribs, slowly lined up a whole cage, there are as many as ten, the quantity is really big. The aroma of the ribs accompanied by the fragrance of the reed leaves is amazing. My son ate four and said it was delicious. Lotus root bone soup ~ The lotus root is not very floury. The meat of the big bones inside has been separated from the bones. There are also peanuts in it. The soup is very delicious and not greasy! Pan-fried Chinese cabbage ~ It uses Guangdong Chinese cabbage. I have never eaten Chinese cabbage cooked this way before. It is very fresh and tender. Yang Fu Long Ji's Mao Xue Wang is served in a very special container, which is the shape of the China Pavilion at the World Expo! The amount is really large. You can compare it with my handsome boy's head to imagine how big this container is. I mainly focused on this dish all night, but there was still a lot left! There is blood, tripe, pig intestines, pig liver, fungus, lotus root slices, and bean sprouts. The blood, tripe, and pig liver are all very tender, and the lotus root slices and bean sprouts are crisp and delicious. I really can't stop eating!

Because we arrived late, we were lucky enough not to have to queue. The store is very unique, and the staff's clothes are also very unique. All the dishes we ordered are special dishes recommended by the staff. Except for the spicy chicken which is so spicy that it is inhumane, the Maoxuewang and the fish are highly recommended. Although they are spicy, they are very delicious and I can't stop eating them!

Very good, authentic Chongqing flavor. I will definitely come next time I go to Chongqing. I especially recommend the Republic of China rabbit cubes, the bald commander, the authentic Maoxuewang, the spicy chicken, and the pan-fried choy sum, which is fried in a casserole and refreshing.

I passed by a restaurant where locals line up every day to get a number and wait for a table. I checked Dianping and found out that it is a leader in Chongqing Sichuan cuisine. Today I checked in and ordered the signature spicy chicken, cumin lamb skewers, pepper pork ribs and traditional tea-flavored duck. The spicy chicken was surprisingly large and very fragrant, with the flavor of hotpot. I highly recommend the pepper pork ribs, and the braised food is delicious.
