The place is easy to find, spacious, and well decorated. Business is still very good at night. The double-flavored tofu is well seasoned, both flavors are delicious, the tofu is very tender, the skewers are very fragrant, and there are many varieties.

It&#39;s not that I can&#39;t afford hot pot, but this place offers the best value for money!

💕 Their large skewers are my favorite. The meat is huge, fresh, and unique, and they have a wide selection of dishes.

🦐 I was surprised to learn that their shrimp are 🈶 shelled. You can eat a whole one in one bite. It&#39;s so satisfying! I just ate a handful and it was so satisfying!
🥩 The huge chunks of braised beef were so tender and melted in my teeth without getting stuck. The soft, glutinous chicken tips melted in my mouth. The mushroom stems were also delicious, very flavorful and chewy. The pork ribs are also amazing, with lots of meat. You can fully experience the joy of eating and drinking here (*⌒&nabla;⌒*)

I arrived at 4:40 to avoid waiting for a table. There were indeed some seats available, so I should be able to get a seat around 5:00. The oil bowl and the base of the hot pot are all served directly. The duck blood here is pre-cooked, but still very tender and has no fishy smell; the golden needle mushrooms are still a must-order for Chongqing hot pot; the tripe is just the same, crispy and refreshing; the luncheon meat has a high meat content, which will not melt even if it is cooked for a long time, and the granular feel of the meat is really obvious; the small liver is quite interesting, two or three pieces are pierced with a toothpick and a pickled pepper is inserted in the middle; the day lily is fresh enough, but too tender and will soften after cooking without chewiness; the double pepper beef is very tender; the most distinctive dish is the crispy pork, which is very satisfying in large pieces, basically lean meat, and fried very crispy, which should be the most delicious crispy pork I have ever eaten; there is nothing to comment on the other dishes, but I think the taste basically represents the highest level of Chongqing! The base is thick enough, and it doesn&#39;t get burnt until the end. No water is added, and it doesn&#39;t get sour. And it doesn&#39;t change the taste at all, unlike some other bases that become salty or spicy. The spiciness and numbingness are just right. White rice is not on the menu but it&#39;s free. I won&#39;t talk about the environment, there&#39;s none at all... but it&#39;s down-to-earth enough, cost-effective enough, and Chongqing enough!

The environment is great. On the top floor of Liujia Wharf, you can enjoy the river view from the outdoor seats and see the chefs cooking on the ground floor. The dishes are really fresh and taste great. The sashimi is super fresh and the Michida roll tastes good too.
