Ti Kan DouHua

The Tikan Tofu Pudding business opposite the main entrance of the Huangjueping Campus of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute is extremely popular. It feels like you have to fight for it to eat. The tofu pudding is good, the dipping sauce feels very ordinary, the side dishes taste good, and the price is very affordable. This is an experience of eating tofu pudding that I will never forget.

Huangjueping's Tikan Douhua is somewhat famous, so I stopped by for a meal, but... I was somewhat disappointed. The price is low, and the product is far worse than before. The dipping sauce feels unintentional, and there is nothing special except a little spicy taste. The rice is very rough and hard to swallow. The lamb chops have a strong fishy smell, and I dare not move them after eating one chopstick. The pig intestines are average, and the only thing worth praising is that the tofu is relatively tender. It's a pity for them, the boss is not online.

The prices are very reasonable! Unlike the delicate tofu pudding I've eaten before, the tofu pudding here is more like old tofu, with a slightly rough texture. Paired with a chili sauce-like seasoning, it has a unique flavor.

I originally thought it was a small workshop selling tofu pudding, but I didn't expect there were so many dishes, a few side dishes, pig's trotter soup is a must, tofu pudding with chili is also a must, a portion of jelly, and a bowl of rice, perfect.

This is an old shop, located opposite the Huangjueping Academy of Fine Arts. Many tourists who come to Huangjueping will eat here. The tofu and pig intestines are very good, and the cold dishes are relatively cheap. The overall service attitude is also very good. Thumbs up.
