Apart from the sales tactics, the taste of the fish is OK, slow-cooked, the soup is fresh, and there are few bones. The boss said that this is an organic fish from Qiandao Lake, called fathead fish.

The location of Qiandao Lake Kaiyuan is relatively remote, so we decided to have dinner in the hotel. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good. The restaurant is not facing the lake, but the table distance is OK. Unfortunately, flies can be seen.
