The local Hubei cuisine is very authentic. I recommend Danjiangkou white fish, Yunyang Sanhe soup, stir-fried Chinese cabbage, and small mushrooms and roasted chicken. They taste good! Living nearby, the hotel doesn&#39;t have a restaurant, the boss recommended this restaurant for dining. Wild vegetables, fresh ribs, native chicken, bacon and sausages are so fresh that I want to eat them all! I especially recommend the sauce-flavored chicken, big white fish and wild vegetable tofu! The chicken is rich in sauce and very tasty! Although the big white fish has a lot of bones, after being marinated, the meat is very tender. The chopsticks 🥢 pick it up piece by piece, and these small bones come out by themselves! The wild vegetable tofu fried on both sides with chives and fungus is beautiful and delicious! Visiting Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, staying at the Jianguo Hotel at the entrance of the scenic area at the foot of the mountain, after taking a short rest after going down the mountain, I walked to the nearby street to find food and took a fancy to this simple and low-key local restaurant. The layout of the restaurant is relatively simple, even a bit rustic. The boss personally ran around to greet the guests, was responsible for taking orders, and shouted at the kitchen and waiters. I ordered two special side dishes, wild vegetables and fried eggs, Hubei-style spicy tofu, and asked for a bowl of rice. The wild vegetables in the fried eggs were very refreshing and appetizing, and the spicy tofu could be described as a good dish for rice. Although the rice was not high-quality rice, it was indeed unique after being mixed with the spicy tofu. I finished a bowl in no time. The simple shop does have its own way of survival.

To be honest, locals in Shiyan have never eaten such terrible food. I just came out to eat after visiting Wudang Mountain. When I ordered, I clearly stated that I wanted to eat scrambled eggs with green peppers. I also clearly stated that I liked the green peppers to be chopped. The peppers were so big and they were terrible. The beans were fried with minced meat. The beans were cut as long as they were long. The fish head was so smelly. The only thing that was edible was the fried eggplant with meat. I could finish the whole plate. I really can&#39;t say anything about the rest. How can a restaurant like this in Shiyan continue to operate like this?

The shredded pork noodles for breakfast were not tasty. The reason was that the meat was not fresh. The boss did not admit it. I hope the supervisory department will suspend the business for rectification. I hope tourists will pay more attention when eating, otherwise it will not be worth it.
