When traveling to Dengfeng, in addition to visiting the Shaolin Temple and climbing Mount Songshan, one more thing to do is to visit the local noodles. Coming to Dengfeng is equivalent to coming to Zhengzhou, and you must taste them. There is a certain difference between the Dongfang braised noodles and the Zhengzhou braised noodles. It belongs to another school. This restaurant not only sells braised noodles but also pan-fried buns. However, I personally feel that the pan-fried buns are not as delicious as the braised noodles. However, this restaurant is also considered a well-known local store.
