We stayed in Dingxiang at night and found a local specialty restaurant, Dingxiang Renjia. Dingxiang&rsquo;s famous dish is Dingxiang steamed meat. I have eaten such dishes several times in northwestern Shanxi. Each dish has its own merits. The restaurant is very affordable. A large stewed fish only costs 39 yuan, and it tastes very good.

The red bean and matcha cake here is very popular. It has a crispy crust and a soft and crunchy interior, which is very delicious. It is popular among consumers and is often chosen by them for birthdays of the elderly or children.
