✨ Daji Restaurant has always been a leading high-end restaurant in Dongguan. 👍 They offer both the popular omakase and yakitori dishes. Their dishes are highly acclaimed. They have now launched Dongguan's first French fusion cuisine. 🍴 Currently the first of its kind in Dongguan! A quick check-in was a must. Modern Japanese-style decor. I was immediately captivated. It exudes a sense of luxury. Open kitchen. Dining at the main table. Watch the dishes being prepared and interact with the chef. Learn the inspiration behind each dish. About the food and service. Each dish was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The tableware was changed with each course. Appetizer bread. I didn't expect bread to be so ceremonial. It was truly impressive. Freshly baked butter bread. Beef bone marrow candles. Paired with smoked foie gras. The richness of the flavors was immediate. I'm even more excited for the dishes to come. Appetizers. Tuna hand roll, 5J ham and persimmon crisps, beef tartare. Fruit Tea Eat the three exquisite dishes in order, the flavors progress from light to rich. The fruit tea finishes off the greasy flavor. Charcoal-grilled Shiqi pigeon and maitake mushrooms I personally prefer this confit pigeon, cooked at low temperature and then grilled over charcoal. The ingredients are three-month-old pigeons from Shiqi, Zhongshan. Charcoal-grilled pigeon legs and breasts with maitake mushrooms, served in two ways. Dip in a little plum sauce and pigeon juice and enjoy. The meat is tender and smooth, not greasy. Lamb chops with caramelized radish You can choose your own knife before serving. It's a truly ceremonial experience! The presentation is exquisite. The lamb chops are rich in fat and complement the sauce. A gentle cut reveals the tenderness and flavor of the meat. I give the dining experience a 10. Each dish was introduced to me. The chef and the chef worked seamlessly together. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic.
