The skin is not very crispy but the fat under the skin is transformed into oil. The meat is firm and not woody. When roasting goose, freshness is very important. The "double thin meal" is very sweet, and the white sugar in the bag has a strong gritty texture. If it is not eaten in time, the sugar has melted, affecting the taste. And local friends said it tasted like childhood. The other dishes are regular dishes with local tastes, and there are no out-of-the-box dishes. Almost every dish on its menu is very attractive, but there are not many of us, so we can only order a few of the most popular dishes.
