I took my family to the hot springs during the holidays and came to Xilegu Hot Spring Resort. This restaurant is in Xicun. The dishes of the two restaurants on the second floor are basically the same. The menus during the Chinese New Year are exactly the same. Jikouzhou is the one on the left hand side of the stairs to the second floor. I ordered the main dish {roast chicken}. There was also roast pork ribs, but the portion was too big and the three of us couldn't finish it, so we gave up. The roast chicken was required to be served in one piece, just because I didn't want the gravy to flow out completely after cutting it. When the chicken legs were pulled apart and the oil was hot, it would be the most delicious, but some parts of the roast chicken were burnt and had a burnt smell. {Steamed side fish}, this fish is really great. I ordered it because of the New Year and the good intention of having surplus every year. Otherwise, there would be too many fish bones and it would not taste good. Fortunately, I ordered it. The fish is quite big, very fresh and has no mud smell. It is very sweet. The steaming skills are also good, and the heat is just right.

Xilegu Hot Spring Resort Hotel has a nice environment, with Phoenix Hot Spring Park and Phoenix Hot Spring. The rooms have independent hot spring pools. The hotel offers Chinese food, Western food, and buffet with rich varieties. There is Xi Village nearby, you can go there.

There are many varieties of dishes. The environment is high-end, elegant and comfortable. The attitude is super good.

After the hot spring bath, we were starving, so we thought the food was especially delicious, especially the lard fried rice. We ate two large plates.

At Jikouzhou Restaurant in the Xilegu Resort Hotel area, you can ask the waiter to call the battery car to take us there in the main building.
