It was hard all the way. In fact, it is difficult for tourists like us to get used to the regular Tibetan food, so we basically ate Sichuan cuisine all the way. When we arrived in Shiquanhe, it was the most prosperous city in Ali area. We must have a good meal. I found this restaurant on the Internet. Two words, amazing!
The first recommendation is his big plate chicken. The taste is too authentic. It is much better than that of Beijing Xinjiang. It is really delicious.
The second is red willow barbecue, large pieces of barbecue, but very tender.
There is also hand-pulled rice. The only flaw is that the lamb chops in the hand-pulled rice are a little fat, but because of the fat lamb, the rice is very moist and delicious.
