In Golmud, the gateway city of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, I discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant serving authentic Northwestern cuisine! I never expected this small plateau city to have such a strong culinary scene!

They specialize in traditional Halal dishes like hand-pulled lamb and beef noodles, embodying the bold style of the plateau! The hand-pulled lamb is completely free of mutton, juicy and tender, and paired with their signature chili dipping sauce, it&#39;s divine! The beef noodles have a rich broth and the noodles are chewy, warming your heart with just one bowl.

✨Secret way to enjoy it: You must try dipping the noodles in the hand-pulled lamb broth for double the delight!
⏰Opening Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (People on the plateau tend to sleep late).
💰Per person: 50 yuan for an all-you-can-eat meal&mdash;great value!

While the decor is simple, it&#39;s incredibly clean. The waiters are all locals, wearing white hats, and they&#39;ll thoughtfully recommend portion sizes when ordering.
