Located on Huale Road, Yuexiu District, Old Town Guangzhou, free parking, not bad
When it comes to Cantonese cuisine, so many Cantonese uncles and aunties recommend this place! They say they love to dine here! They have booths in the main hall and private rooms, so friendly! 🥣Ama's Soup Cantonese people are famous for their love of soup. Even when dining out, I always order a bowl of soup. The flavor is refreshing and I devoured a huge bowl!🥣 🐟Steamed Sea Bass with Preserved Radish Wow! This sea bass is so tender and smooth. The preserved radish really enhances the flavor of the sea bass. There's not even a hint of muddy or fishy smell. Even though I don't like fish, I still raved about it the whole time. There are a few tiny bones, so be careful when eating. 🥦Organic Cauliflower with Shrimp Paste So fragrant, so fragrant! I could smell the aroma of the shrimp paste from a distance. It was still sizzling when it arrived, making the kids at the next table envious. 🤭 Located on the second floor of a shopping mall, conveniently located for the subway and bus. ✅ Cantonese food, hot pot, seafood, and stir-fries #localfood #mylatenightfood #localfood #Guangdongfood #summerfoodexploration
A Cantonese restaurant led by a gold rush. The aroma of simmering soup captivated me as soon as I walked in! Imperial Reed Root, Bamboo Sugarcane, and Lean Pork Soup! The sweetness of imperial root and bamboo sugarcane can actually be combined into a traditional Chinese soup. I finished it all and still wanted another bowl. Stir-fried Beef Rice It's incredible! What Cantonese people call "wok-flavor." The beef is crispy and chewy, and the rice is coated in the aroma of egg. I'm a big fan of this! Sea Bass Fillet with Preserved Chinese Radish The fish was so tender I couldn't even hold it with chopsticks. The preserved Chinese radish added a lot of flavor. Stir-fried Beef with Peanut Sprouts! Crispy peanut sprouts and beef. Over 70 yuan per person. I had to lean against the wall to eat. I've already made plans with my colleagues to come back next week! #FoodFlavorMeal #GoodCantoneseRestaurant #GuangdongTraditionalSoup
Recommended by a local uncle... The seafood is freshly caught and cooked in the pool! A blast of local flavor. They offer stir-fries and hot pot, and the food is so delicious you'll have to lean on the wall for just a few dozen yuan per person. No wonder it's on my must-try list. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Six-Head Abalone with Sand Ginger and Black Pepper Sauce The abalone is so thick and chewy! The clay pot is so charred and flavorful (my friend almost licked the pot). 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Coconut Pandan Jelly Pour all that coconut milk in, and you'll have three bowls! Duangduang, icy cold pearls...I'll be back to life after eating this on a 30°C day! 🌟🌟🌟🌟Sweet and Sour Pork with Ice Cream This combination is a perfect combination of ice and fire! The hot fried meat is coated in a sweet and sour sauce...dipped in ice cream, it's so delicious! #GuangzhouCantoneseCooking#OldHotSoup#GoldRush#NeighborhoodFood #GuangzhouExplore
