(3 PM to 6 PM) The ideal route: take the bus directly to the entrance. No need to take the escalator. Just walk straight to the waterfall. Afterward, you can take the single-sided escalator to the exit, saving time and effort. 🌟 Must-take photo spots: The waterfall viewing platform (getting up close and personal with the water is super cool), Water Curtain Cave (bring an umbrella or raincoat as you walk behind the waterfall). #HuangguoshuWaterfall #Self-Drive #GuizhouMust-Visit 💡 P.S. ✅ Tickets: Book one day in advance on "YimayouGuizhou"! Tickets and a sightseeing bus are included, and you can buy a one-way ticket for the escalator return. ✅ Raincoat: A must-have for Water Curtain Cave! 2 for 5 yuan at the entrance, don't overpay! ✅ What to wear: Non-slip shoes! The waterfall is incredibly slippery! Light-colored clothes are more slippery, while dark-colored clothes look like you're fleeing when wet. 😭 ✅ Food: We found a beef restaurant outside the scenic area, also popular with locals, and the food was delicious. My only complaint: The route to the scenic area is too circuitous... it goes through a crazy commercial area, haha. --- 🚗 Transportation Tips 📍From Guiyang: Drive to the hotel in an hour and a half. The hotel usually provides free transportation to the scenic area entrance, and you can also pick up after your visit for free. Ask when booking. Parking is 20 meters from the scenic area. Save wherever you can. 🏠Accommodation: We stayed at the Fulida Hotel, 180 meters away, and it included breakfast for two. I won't go into detail about the price. Summary: Exhausted but joyful!
