Hu shi yin he xian yu zhuang (lian hu lu)

On a business trip in Hanzhong~ I drove here with my colleagues to eat yellow croaker in the evening. The road was getting more and more remote, and it felt like we were almost in the mountains. It was a restaurant similar to a farmhouse. The taste must be good, otherwise it wouldn't attract so many people to come here. I asked for three and a half pounds of yellow croaker, but it didn't feel like there was much. In fact, three people almost died of fullness after eating it. A full pot of pepper and red pepper, the taste is really good, the yellow croaker is also fat but not greasy, very tender, and relatively large. The key is that the soup is very tasty, but there is only one side dish, old tofu, in it. It would be more perfect if there were more side dishes!

I come here every time I come to Hanzhong. The freshness of the fish can basically represent the local level. The service level is very humane.

This shop has been open for a long time and business has always been booming. There is a constant stream of people coming here to visit!

I went there during Qingming Festival last year. One more thing... all the famous fish restaurants in Hanzhong had huge lines. Yinhe is also a well-known fish restaurant that's been around for years. This Lianhu Road location is close to a friend's house, so we got a number right after it opened at 11:00 AM and were seated quickly. 🧸We ordered two catties of yellow croaker for four adults and two children. We had 3.9 jin (1.3 catties) of river trout. This place cooks the fish in a whole pot. The yellow croaker was small and tender, and the river trout was also delicious! We ordered the spicy version! I didn't find it particularly spicy, but it was very fragrant. The fish was also very flavorful! The tofu was a side dish, and it was delicious too. I devoured it all in one sitting. 🧸The red bean and milk pastry is perfect for little ones. A little sweet is fine. Deep-fried until crispy, with a milk filling.
