蜀香门地

Wuerda Cuisine is a restaurant opened by locals in Bayinbuluke. Barbecue and hand-pulled rice are the specialties. The sheep here are particularly good, especially the black-headed sheep. The meat is tender and delicious when made into skewers.

I ate the wild garlic sprouts picked by the boss himself, and the grilled lamb chops were crispy, not bad

What impressed me most was that the hand-pulled meat was quite fresh and the mushrooms in the wild mushroom soup rice were good. Since there were so many people dining, the service staff really couldn&#39;t keep up, but in a small town like Bayinbuluke, it was already pretty good!

This is a restaurant opposite the ticket office of Bayinbuluke Scenic Area. The main dish is hand-pulled meat. The mutton is tender and delicious, and just dipping it in a dry sauce is enough. A pound of meat was quickly devoured, and I really wanted to eat more.

The night mushroom noodles are so horrible and cost 48 yuan. There are no wild mushrooms, only green peppers.
