After visiting Hengshan, we checked into Hunyuan County. Caijia Restaurant is a very famous restaurant in the town. We went there because of its reputation and found that it was cheap, good quality, large quantity and not expensive. The whole environment is antique

You would never think that the residents at the foot of Hengshan Mountain like to eat jelly very much, and the business is quite hot during the Spring Festival. I came to this Daxi jelly banquet on the recommendation of the locals. To my surprise, it was already the first month of the lunar year, and everyone should be eating big fish and meat at home, but there was a long queue in this store, and there was no place to sit down and eat jelly. Since I came here, I had to follow the local customs and order a big bowl of jelly with more chili, which was really delicious.

Every time I go to Hunyuan, I always have a bowl of jelly at the Little Wife&rsquo;s Shop. It&rsquo;s the same jelly, but the Little Wife&rsquo;s Shop is totally different. There are many diners every time I go there, and there are very few empty seats, including the time I went there at 2:30 pm. The jelly is smooth and delicate; the dried tofu is salty and chewy; the broad beans are crispy and fragrant; plus the red of chili, the green of chives, the taste of coriander, and the aroma of aged vinegar, it always leaves people wanting more.

The taste is good, the price is affordable, and the noodles are delicious
